The Cocktail Club - Jazz Duo / Trio / Quartet etc.

The Cocktail Club band is an award-winning ensemble made up of some of the country's most talented young jazz musicians who are graduates of the prestigious Royal Academy of Music & Trinity College of Music. The members regularly perform at high-profile jazz venues such as Ronnie Scotts, Vortex and Pizza Express Jazz Club, not to mention a whole host of high-end events venues such as the Gherkin, the Shard, The Ritz, and The British Museum.

The band has been performing at corporate events, dinners and parties for over four years. As well as being smart, slick and professional, they also have a great deal of flexibility in terms of line-up. They can provide an instrumental duo, trio, quartet, and quintet, with the option of male or female vocals. They are able to play completely acoustically as well as with their own discreet self-contained amplification.

The band specialise in beautiful, smooth jazz perfect for exhibitions, cocktail receptions or indeed any event where an atmosphere of quality, cool and formality is required. Tunes are chosen from the very best names in jazz such as Gershwin, Miles Davis and Cole Porter. Due to a varied and vast repertoire, they are also able to provide styles from background jazz through to latin jazz, soul-jazz & jazz-funk, and upbeat 1920s/30s jazz music.

The band were the long-standing house band at the St Pancras Grand Champagne Bar and have worked for many high profile corporate clients including the British Council, Christie’s, Louis Vuitton.
