The London Swing Band is London's leading Swing band formed of Trumpet, Guitar/Male Vocals and Double Bass. The stylish trio play all the classics from Louis Armstrong to Duke Ellington as well as being able to put their traditional spin on the hits of today.
They regularly perform all over the UK, overseas for Weddings, Corporate Events, Themed Events and Private Parties. The band has the option to be fully acoustic and able to roam around a room from song to song or also offers the option to provide a PA system and be the centre focus of any event.
The London Swing Band has performed at prestigious venues all across the UK that include: Kensington Palace, The London Science Museum, Two Temple Place, Eltham Palace, The Langham, Ashridge House, The Hurlingham Club, The Freud Museum, The Luton Hoo hotel, One Belgravia. The band has also performed for these well known brands/events in the UK and Europe: Facebook, Huawei, The National Restaurant Awards, UBS, Urban Food Festival, Johana Alsop Hand made Fair.
The bands vintage look and sound allows them to take you and your guests back in time to a different age, proving a sophisticated atmosphere whilst people chat, eat and most likely dance. For larger events there is also the option to add additional instruments such as Drums, Sax, Piano and Female Vocals.
They perform all of the swing classics from Louis Armstrong to Nat King Cole and also are more than happy take requests.
