The Johnson Jazz Trio consists of Saxophone, Piano and Double Bass. Formed in 2008 they have played at such venues at Claridges, The Dorchester and The Hilton Hotel New York. They also play annually for the South London Business Awards.

The band play a plethora of Jazz pieces from the 1920s to the 1960s. They make any event memorable and have a huge wealth of performance experience.

The Members have all won jazz awards such as The John Hassall Jazz Prize, The Yamaha Young Jazz Award and The Trinity College Of Music Jazz Award.

All band members studied at the prestigious Trinity College of music where they learnt about the tradition. They all graduated with first class honours in 2011. Since leaving university they have toured the world with such artists as: Jamie Cullum, Basement Jaxx, Alexandra Burke, Mark Lockheart and Simon Purcell.
